Someone calls your business and he or she would like to know the cost of a commerical cleaning, and said your staff "really didnt have much to do" but wanted the place spotless. Would you know what and how to take possible sale, and give them a quote close to what they would need to pay? Some business build are built with and can be connected to other businesses that are all build so differently these days, and many commerical buildings require specific cleaning methods. When a client calls being able to know more about the building, type of non-movable furnishings, and if the business had hardwoods floors and or carpet, will allow you to better provide numbers, for a quote not just a random number. That could be revenue you could loose if you speak without knowledge of these things. Don't get caught in the middle of the things are not always so cut and dry. Or in the customer cutting corners to be less upfront cost.
